My aim is to create the set up project for the windows application.

However, I do notice that when I look at the dependencies on my local computer and compare them to what is listed on my build machine, the list is different.

On my local machine, the list of dependencies includes assemblies for other projects within the solution, but on the build machine it doesn't show them. What i am doing to make this happen is: Have a number of projects, one of which is a deployment project. If you select ' No SCC provider' and add new projects to the solution, or really just after opening and closing the solution enough times the problem occurs.

I've installed the following hotfix to sort out a related problem where the during a build I'd get error message boxes saying I need to check out the setup and deployment project file. Studio/Downloads/Download Details.aspx?

The suggested workaround for right clicking "Detected Dependencies" and "Refresh Dependencies" doesn't seem to do a lot.

Update for those who got this issue for VS2013 or VS2015 after upgrading a VS200X setup project using the Microsoft Visual Studio Installer Projects extension.
